„Mercedes-AMG GmbH has been cooperating with the School of International Business and Entrepreneurship at Steinbeis University for many years. As former SIBE students, we have now taken on the role of business mentors ourselves, supporting SIBE students in our HR department throughout their studies in their respective projects. In our view, these projects offer the greatest added value both for us as a company and for the students themselves: the independent development of practice-oriented topics and the use of a wide scope for action. As business mentors, it is important to us to support the students in both their personal and professional development. Specific, regular feedback on personal strengths, areas for action, and development enables students to actively work on their competencies and strengthens them in their role.
