During your studies, you will deal with important topics of modern corporate management: strategy, project management, innovation, change processes, finance, and international business development. At the same time, you will engage with future-oriented topics such as digitization, leadership, and the working world of tomorrow.

You set your individual focus through your master's project and selected specializations in change management or innovation management.

The study format can be integrated very well into your daily work routine. Project work at the partner company, live seminars, and digital learning are closely intertwined. Selected seminar offerings can be attended in person or online.

Further information

  • Completed initial degree at a German or foreign higher education institution with at least 180 credit points according to ECTS or an equivalent thereof
  • English proficiency of at least level B2 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
  • Broad experience through internships, international experience, volunteer work, professional experience, or similar.
  • Successfully completed multi-stage selection process at SIBE
  • A partner company by your side that supports your studies and provides you with a project. We are happy to support you in your search for a partner company.

Course starts for the Master's programs take place several times a year and are independent of the official winter and summer semesters.

  3. Upon positive review of your documents:
  • Personal interview via MS Teams in German or English
  • Follow-up: Completing a questionnaire (survey of your general conditions and knowledge)
  1. Upon successful completion of the selection process, you will either start the program directly with your existing company or you will be admitted to our talent pool.

In the talent pool, you can search for a suitable company together with us. In doing so, you either identify the right company for yourself or you draw upon our posted job openings. As a rule, forwarding your application documents to our partner companies is only possible after the interview.

As part of the program, your partner company typically supports you not only with a monthly salary, but also by covering the majority of the program and tuition fees. The financing is generally handled as follows (deviations are possible in individual cases and should be discussed directly with the respective partner company):

Company contribution:

  • Payment of a monthly student salary
  • Assumption of program fees in the amount of €1,160.00/month (plus statutory VAT)
  • Potential coverage of travel expenses for on-site seminars and an optional study abroad program (depending on the company)
  • Time off for the seminars

Student contribution:

  • Coverage of tuition fees of €350 per month (excluding VAT)

Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with our partner universities, you can benefit from an online MBA option (BRA): Depending on your performance during your studies, you can receive an MBA certificate from one of our Brazilian partner universities in addition to the „Master of Science (M.Sc.)“ degree from Steinbeis University.*

The basis for this are bilateral agreements between SIBE and its foreign partner universities, subject to changes in legal or political framework conditions. There is no legal entitlement to the award of degrees or certificates.

Yesterday you can find further information on seminars and academic records. Furthermore, you will learn which seminars can be chosen as in-person or live online classes.

We believe that leadership and management must be thought of globally. Therefore, in addition to our degree and doctoral programs, we offer all our students and alumni exclusive insights into selected foreign markets. Benefit from SIBE's international network, which has been built up over the past 30 years.

As part of our optional study abroad programs, you benefit from a unique mix of:

  • Visiting national and international companies, chambers of commerce, or associations, and visiting plants or production sites if applicable
  • Exchange with company representatives and/or university representatives on special topics of the respective market
  • Insights into the respective culture through a country-specific cultural offering

Individual requests (e.g., visits to specific industries, etc.) will gladly be considered, just contact us about it.

This is an optional offer for all SIBE students and alumni, which is also made independently of any online dual degree options offered by our partner universities. Accordingly, the costs are not included in the tuition and program fees and will be incurred additionally. Please clarify individually whether you will cover the resulting costs yourself or if your partner company will bear them.
